All of our wounds happen in relationships.  So does our healing.

I am not a blank slate. I am a full human being ready to co-create a safe relationship for you to heal within. I’m a total weirdo with a sailor’s mouth and a neurospicy flare. I believe humor is medicine and laughter is where we find the sweetness in life.

When I became a mother, I began to understand that the process of becoming a parent is full of beginnings, endings and sometimes deeply traumatic events. As I have engaged in the task of raising tiny humans to be the most authentic versions of themselves, I have learned that the journey is vast and holds the entire spectrum of grief and joy in its' hands. We all need mothering, sometimes most of all after we have graduated from our own childhood. This experience has humbled and strengthened me and I am proud to bring this beauty and spiritual awakening to our work together.

I combine eastern and western understandings of the body, mind, and spirit. Using these philosophies, I embrace where things overlap and the complexity that makes us who we are.
