I currently offer in-person sessions in Asheville, North Carolina and virtual sessions for clients living in
Florida or North Carolina.
Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling sessions for those 18 years and older at a pace and frequency that works for you.
50 and 90 minute sessions available.
Group Therapy
I facilitate therapy groups for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, adult sexual assault, Women's Empowerment Group, Mothering Together Group, and a Chakra Balancing Series.
