Couples Counseling
I see couples in any stage of commitment and am LGBTQIA+ inclusive. Being in a healthy relationship can be hard but is rewarding beyond measure.
Group Therapy
I facilitate therapy groups for survivors of childhood sexual abuse, adult sexual assault, Women's Empowerment Group, Mothering Together Group, and a Chakra Balancing Series. Which one is right for you?
Groups are done on a rotating basis as clients are ready and interested in participating.
Clinical Supervision
I supervise registered mental health interns interested in deepening their learning while honoring the professional boundaries that create healthy, effective and successful healers.
