Neurofeedback

Being a human is complex.
Healing doesn't always have to be.
Neurofeedback is an incredible tool and another avenue we can use to heal and balance ourselves. It offers the brain information about itself so it can optimize It’s functioning. When we look into a mirror, we are able to see ourselves and make adjustments to our appearance. When the brain receives information about itself, it knows what to do and innately makes shifts.

Let’s lean into it’s wisdom.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is a non-linear form of Neurofeedback. It doesn’t train brain states, but rather offers feedback to the brain so it can change itself. It is non invasive with little to no side effects and allows adjustment in many categories of functioning.
NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback offers your Central Nervous System an opportunity to “defrag” itself. It allows for reorganization and better integration of our thoughts and feelings. Sensors are connected to the head and ears and the systems “reads” your brainwaves. These waves are returned to your brain through an audio algorithm. Your brain receives the information and decides what to shift.

You get to relax and listen to the music.

It offers your brain a chance to adjust trauma triggers, activated states, sleep patterns, behavioral default settings, addictions, and much more. I work with those as young as 5 years old and there is no diagnosis or issue that precludes it’s use.

Imagine you are trying to walk through a dark room. There may be furniture or things on the floor you could trip over. But then a light comes on. It doesn’t tell you what to do, but it does give you more information to make better decisions on where to walk. The brain learns from the information it is given over time and without your conscious awareness or effort, it learns to organize itself more efficiently. And this manifests in your life by blocks dropping away.

Life just seems easier.
